1.1 登录/注册
多能运旗下所有应用基于统一的账户体系提供服务,多能运公司任一产品和服务(多能运货主版)均可通过实名制手机号进行获取验证码进行效验登录。每个平台在登录时均需要获取验证码,每个平台的账号都是独立管理,不会进行平台之间的共享,包括您的个人资料等。当您使用平台服务时,需要在平台创建账户并完善个人资料。通过您主动提供的方式,平台会收集您的以下信息:
1.1.1 必要及非必要信息的范围
多能运App提供两种登录方式:(1)使用手机号+验证码的方式进行登录 (2)使用手机号+密码的方式进行登录。如果您还未注册多能运账号时,需要在登录页面点击"新用户注册"填写必要的注册信息后方可进行账号登录。
当您注册成为货主用户或登录时,您需要提供您本人的手机号码及验证码,以便于我们识别您在平台的身份,并为您提供平台服务。此类信息属于该功能的必要信息,若您不提供,您将无法注册/登录。您使用本机号码一键登录的方式进行注册、登录,我们会收集您的第三方账号信息,这属于非必要信息,如您拒绝,您可以通过手动输入手机号的形式进行登录。

本机号码登录/注册:您在登录或注册时我们将使用阿里云短信SDK功能为您提供短信登录业务,使用此SDK只用于账号验证码的获取,我们的系统不会访问您的其他个人信息,当您收到验证码只需要按照要求进行输入即可。服务商官网链接地址:https://www.aliyun.com/。
1.2 推送通知
当平台进行新功能更新、有相关福利政策及活动或订单状态发生改变时,系统会发送消息通知到您的手机上,此消息可供您进行查看。如您拒绝使用推送功能,系统将无法正常将相关信息推送到您的手机上。

当您使用推送功能(设备系统推送功能),以便您在端外时我们仍可向您推送信息。我们会收集和使用您的操作系统版本、网络环境、电信运营商、设备型号。此类信息属于该功能的必要信息。若您不提供此类信息,您将无法使用本功能。

1.3 聊天/文件传输
当您使用聊天/文件传输功能时,我们会收集和使用您的手机号码信息、IMEI、IDFA、IDFV、AndroidID、MEID、MAC地址、OAID、IMSI、ICCID、GAID、硬件序列号)、当前应用信息(应用名、应用版本号)。您的网络身份标识信息将帮助您维护软件正常使用及使用安全;您可以开放设备麦克风权限来进行语音输入,在此过程中,我们使用您的语音内容;我们会根据您授予的具体权限,接收并记录您的个人常用设备信息以优化您的软件使用体验。

我们不会共享、转让和公开披露您的任何个人信息。 承诺绝不主动与任何第三方共享、转让或公开披露您的个人信息,法律法规另有规定或经您事先明确同意的除外。

1.4 货物信息页面/客服页面——获取相机相册权限
在货物信息页面需要添加货物图片时需要调取相册或相机权限。系统在货物信息页面上传货物图片时,需要经过货主授权获取相机和相册权限来进行图片的上传;客服页面当上传图片时,同样需要授权相机、相册权限。上传的图片均为货物项目图片。*我们承诺上传的图片无不良内容。
1.5 客服上传文件
在客服页面上传文件时可以通过从微信上传和本地上传,从微信上传时需要调用多能运微信小程序打开您的微信通讯录,本地上传文件时需要访问您本地文件管理,同时在上传文件的过程中会通过拍照、传输图片等进行上传,在此过程中需要访问您的相机和相册权限。
收集信息:我们会收集你选中的文件名称、类型、大小及文件本体。平台会将您上传的文件进行整理您可以在文件统计功能中进行查看。
信息使用:上传的文件仅用于订单完整性审核,不会用于其他未经你授权的用途。
1.6 客服页面——获取电话权限
当货主需要进行电话咨询时可拨打人工客服电话,拨打电话需要获取相关权限,拨打的电话为多能运400客服电话。我们承诺不会访问您的手机通讯录内容。
1.7 其他信息
拼车:仓库位置信息及相关联系人信息。
*以上两个信息为程序均需要的信息,如无此信息将无法正常使用此App。
1.7.1 必要信息及非必要信息范围
我们承诺:仓库位置信息及相关联系人信息只适用于发货人将货物运输到此位置,在运输途中可与仓库联系人进行相关交流;货物运输线路详细信息和发货人联系电话用于输入货物的装货地和收货地。数据使用范围:以上信息仅限于实现当前功能目的。
1.8 App适用性
1.8.1 必要及非必要个人信息范围
为了保证不同系统、不同设备用户使用App的兼容性,我们会收集您的设备名称、型号、操作系统信息、软件版本号、网络质量数据、接入网络的方式、类型、状态和名称(WiFi BSSID信息)以及屏幕分辨率、屏幕尺⼨、CPU架构、内存容量、磁盘容量、浏览器类型、IDFV。为了判断用户点击行为是否符合正常产品流程和操作,我们会收集日志信息,软件安装及/或使用中的具体操作日志以及服务日志信息;为了判断当前设备是否为真实设备,用于保护您的账号安全/反作弊/反黑产,我们会收集您设备的UUID、IDFA、OAID、Android ID、电池信息、传感器列表及信息、内存信息、SIM卡状态、运营商信息、特定应用安装使用信息、日志信息等。
1.9 需要您同意调取系统权限的功能
在向您提供前述基本功能,或第三方SDK收集使用您的个人信息时,部分场景的实现依赖于您同意App或SDK调用您的设备权限。App使用的权限包括:相机权限、相册权限、通知权限、电话权限、存储权限。
Cookie是支持服务器端(或者脚本)在客户端上存储和检索信息的一种机制。当您使用我们的产品或服务时,为使您获得更轻松安全的访问体验,我们在特定情况下会使用Cookie或同类技术来收集和存储信息,在此过程中会向您的设备发送一个或多个Cookie或匿名标识符。我们不会将Cookie用于本政策所述目的之外的任何用途,您可根据自己的偏好留存或删除Cookie。禁用Cookie功能后,将影响您使用部分功能与/或服务。
3.1 信息保存期限
我们会在为提供我们的服务之目的所必需的最短期限内保存您的个人信息。超出保存期限后,我们会依据适用的法律法规删除或者匿名化处理您的个人信息。当您要求删除个人信息或注销账户的,我们会对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理,但以下情况除外:

您的个人信息,将在中国大陆境内存储和使用。目前我们不存在向境外提供个人信息的场景。

我们会采用符合业界标准的安全防护措施,实施严格的数据权限控制机制,采取多重身份认证技术。包括建立数据安全监控体系、敏感数据加密存储、使用加密传输协议、最小授权原则、设立个人信息保护负责人、通过信息安全等级保护三级认证等。同时,我们己颁布多项制度,并会及时处置安全事件并通知您。
为履行法律法规规定的义务、向您提供服务,提升服务质量,我们会在以下场景使用您的信息:保障服务稳定性及安全性;改善平台现有服务;通过电话、push、短信等方式向您发送服务通知或商业信息(您可根据退订方式取消);对平台服务进行统计等。
为实现基本业务功能和扩展业务功能,我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要的目的,通过API、SDK与第三方进行必要的数据交互。为了保障您可及时收到推送消息,App集成了厂商和第三方PUSH SDK,会基于安卓闹钟机制在后台自启动,您可在手机系统设置中关闭APP后台自启动。 您可以通过《收集个人信息第三方SDK说明》详细了解我们向第三方提供数据的情况。
5.1 委托处理:我们可能会委托关联公司或其他专业机构处理信息,并通过协议要求其遵守保密义务。
5.2 共享:我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要的目的共享您的必要信息。例如向关联公司(同一账户体系)共享,为实现App业务功能向合作伙伴共享,纠纷解决等。我们会在具体场景下征得您的同意或按照法律法规要求共享。
5.3 转让或转移:原则上不转让,但若发生合并、分立、解散等需要转移个人信息的情况,我们会告知您接收方信息并要求其继续履行本政策。
5.4 公开披露:原则上不会公开披露,除非法律要求或获得您明确同意。
以下情形无需征得您的授权同意:为订立合同所必需;履行法定职责;应对突发公共卫生事件;为公共利益实施新闻报道;处理已合法公开的信息等法律法规规定的情形。
7.1 访问、更正/修改您的个人信息
个人昵称:您可以通过App"我的"——"个人资料",或"我的"——"设置"——"个人信息"修改您的昵称信息。
7.2 注销账户
您可以通过"我的"——"设置"——"注销账户",如无法通过上述操作注销,可联系客服提交注销申请。注销后账户全部数据将不可找回。
7.3 投诉及举报
您可以通过App端点击客服服务,我们会在15个工作日内核查并处理您的投诉与举报。
我们的产品/服务完全面向已满18周岁的成人,因此我们不收集未成年人的个人信息。如果您为18周岁以下的未成年人,请您不要使用我们的产品/服务。如果发现无意间收集了未成年人的个人信息,我们会于合理时间内删除。

1.1.1 Login/Registration
Duo Trans provides services through a unified account system across all its applications. Any product or service of Duo Trans Company (Duo Trans Shipper Version) can be logged into by verifying a real-name registered mobile phone number via SMS verification code. Each platform requires verification code upon login, and accounts for each platform are managed independently, without sharing between platforms, including your profile data. When you use the platform services, you need to create an account and complete your profile on the platform. By your active provision, the platform will collect the following information:
1.1.2 Scope of Necessary and Non-essential Information
The Duo Trans App provides two login methods: (1) Login using mobile number + verification code; (2) Login using mobile number + password. If you haven't registered a Duo Trans account yet, you need to click "Register New User" on the login page and fill in necessary registration information before logging in.
When you register as a shipper user or log in, you need to provide your mobile number and verification code, so we can identify your identity on the platform and provide platform services to you. This type of information is necessary for this function. If you do not provide it, you will not be able to register/login. If you use the "One-click login with this device number" method for registration/login, we will collect your third-party account information. This is non-essential information. If you refuse, you can log in by manually entering your mobile number.

One-click Login/Registration with Device Number: When you log in or register, we will use the Alibaba Cloud SMS SDK functionality to provide you with SMS login services. This SDK is only used for obtaining account verification codes. Our system does not access other personal information of yours. When you receive the verification code, simply enter it as required. 1.2 Push Notifications
When the platform updates new features, announces relevant welfare policies/activities, or when order status changes, the system will send message notifications to your mobile phone, which you can view. If you refuse to use the push function, the system will not be able to push relevant information to your phone normally.
1.2.1 Scope of Necessary and Non-essential Information
When you use the push function (device system push function), so that we can still push information to you even when you are outside the App. We will collect and use your operating system version, network environment, telecom operator, and device model. This type of information is necessary for this function. If you do not provide this type of information, you will not be able to use this function.

Huawei Push SDK, Service Provider Name: Huawei Software Technology Co., Ltd. To promptly push service notifications to Huawei devices, we use the Huawei Push SDK. This SDK requires obtaining unique device identifier (IMEI), AAID (Application Anonymous Identifier), App Token, Topic subscriptions, device storage information, Androidid information, and running processes. 1.3 Chat/File Transfer
When you use the chat/file transfer function, we will collect and use your mobile number, IMEI, IDFA, IDFV, AndroidID, MEID, MAC address, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, hardware serial number), and current application information (app name, app version number). Your network identity identification information will help us maintain normal software usage and ensure safe usage; you can grant device microphone permission to input voice, during which we use your voice content; based on the permissions you grant, we will receive and record your common device information to optimize your software usage experience.

We will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose any of your personal information. We promise not to actively share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information with any third party unless required by laws and regulations or with your prior explicit consent.

Chat/File Transfer SDK, Service Provider Name: Beijing Yehuo Infinite Network Co., Ltd. For online chat and file transfer, we use the Beijing Yehuo Infinite Network Co., Ltd. SDK. During this process, information collected includes: mobile number, IMEI, IDFA, IDFV, AndroidID, MEID, MAC address, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, hardware serial number), current application information (app name, app version number) to complete normal chat and file sending functions. 1.4 Cargo Information Page/Customer Service Page - Access to Camera/Album Permissions
When adding cargo images on the Cargo Information Page, you need to access the album or camera permission. When uploading cargo images on the Cargo Information Page, the system requires the shipper's authorization to access camera and album permissions for image uploads; similarly, when uploading images on the Customer Service Page, camera/album permissions are required. Uploaded images are solely for cargo items. *We promise that uploaded images contain no inappropriate content.
1.5 Customer Service File Upload
When uploading files on the Customer Service Page, you can upload via WeChat or local upload. Uploading via WeChat requires invoking the Duo Trans WeChat Mini Program to open your WeChat contacts. Local file upload requires accessing your local file manager. During the upload process, you may take photos or transfer images, requiring access to your camera and album permissions.
Information Collected: We will collect the name, type, size, and the file itself of the file you selected. The platform will organize the files you upload, and you can view them in the file statistics function.
Information Use: Uploaded files are only used for order completeness verification and will not be used for any other unauthorized purposes.
1.6 Customer Service Page - Access to Phone Permission
When shippers need to make a phone inquiry, they can call the customer service hotline. Making a call requires obtaining relevant permissions. The number dialed is the Duo Trans 400 customer service number. We promise not to access your phone's contacts.
1.7 Other Information
Carpooling: Warehouse location information and related contact information.
*Both pieces of information are required by the program; without them, the App cannot function normally.

We promise: Warehouse location and related contact information are only used for the shipper to transport goods to that location, allowing communication with the warehouse contact during transit; detailed cargo route information and the shipper's contact number are used to input the pickup and delivery locations. Data usage scope: The above information is limited to achieving the purpose of the current function.
1.8 App Compatibility
1.8.1 Scope of Necessary and Non-essential Personal Information
To ensure App compatibility across different systems and devices for users, we will collect your device name, model, operating system information, software version number, network quality data, network access method, type, status, and name (WiFi BSSID information), as well as screen resolution, screen size, CPU architecture, memory capacity, disk capacity, browser type, IDFV. To determine whether user click behavior conforms to normal product processes and operations, we will collect log information, specific operation logs during software installation/use, and service log information; to determine whether the current device is a real device, used to protect your account security/anti-cheat/anti-fraud, we will collect your device's UUID, IDFA, OAID, Android ID, battery information, sensor list and information, memory information, SIM card status, operator information, specific application installation and usage information, log information, etc.
1.9 Functions Requiring Your Consent to Invoke System Permissions
When providing the aforementioned basic functions, or when third-party SDKs collect and use your personal information, the realization of some scenarios depends on your consent for the App or SDK to invoke your device permissions. Permissions used by the App include: Camera permission, Album permission, Notification permission, Phone permission, Storage permission.
Cookies are a mechanism that supports servers (or scripts) to store and retrieve information on the client side. When you use our products or services, to provide you with a more relaxed and secure access experience, we may use cookies or similar technologies to collect and store information under specific circumstances, sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. We will not use cookies for any purposes other than those described in this policy. You can retain or delete cookies according to your preference. Disabling the cookie function will affect your ability to use some features and/or services.
3.1 Information Retention Period
We will retain your personal information for the minimum period necessary to provide our services. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. When you request deletion of personal information or account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except in the following cases:
3.1.1 During your use of the platform services, if there is or may be serious violations of laws/regulations, the violation records will be retained permanently to the maximum extent permitted by law;
3.1.2 If the platform ceases operations, we will announce this on the platform at least 30 days in advance. After cessation, we will stop collecting and commercially using personal information, and will delete or anonymize collected personal information after meeting the minimum retention period required by laws and regulations.

Your personal information will be stored and used within mainland China. Currently, we do not transfer personal information outside the country.
3.3 Protection Measures
We will adopt industry-standard security measures, implement strict data access control mechanisms, and employ multi-factor authentication technologies. This includes establishing data security monitoring systems, encrypted storage of sensitive data, using encrypted transmission protocols, applying the principle of least privilege, appointing a person responsible for personal information protection, and passing the Class 3 Information Security Level Protection certification. Concurrently, we have promulgated multiple systems and will promptly address security incidents and notify you.
To fulfill obligations under laws and regulations, provide services to you, and improve service quality, we will use your information in the following scenarios: ensuring service stability and security; improving existing platform services; sending service notifications or commercial information to you via phone, push, SMS, etc. (you can unsubscribe as provided); and conducting platform service statistics.
To realize basic and extended business functions, we will only interact with third parties via APIs and SDKs for necessary data exchange for legitimate, proper, and necessary purposes. To ensure you receive push notifications promptly, the App integrates manufacturer and third-party PUSH SDKs, which may start automatically in the background based on the Android alarm clock mechanism. You can disable background app startup in your phone's system settings. You can learn more about our data provision to third parties through the "Third-Party SDK Information Collection Description".
5.1 Entrusted Processing: We may entrust affiliated companies or other professional organizations to process information, requiring them to comply with confidentiality obligations through agreements.
5.2 Sharing: We will only share your necessary information for legitimate, proper, and necessary purposes. For example, sharing with affiliated companies (unified account system), sharing with partners to realize App business functions, dispute resolution, etc. We will obtain your consent in specific scenarios or share in accordance with legal requirements.
5.3 Transfer: We generally do not transfer information. However, in the event of a merger, division, dissolution, etc., requiring the transfer of personal information, we will inform you of the recipient's information and require them to continue adhering to this policy.
5.4 Public Disclosure: We generally do not publicly disclose information unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
The following circumstances do not require your authorization and consent: necessary for concluding a contract; necessary for performing statutory duties; responding to public health emergencies; news reporting for public interest; processing information that has been lawfully made public, as stipulated by laws and regulations.
7.1 Access, Correct/Modify Your Personal Information
Personal Nickname: You can modify your nickname information via the App's "My" -> "Profile", or "My" -> "Settings" -> "Personal Information".
7.2 Cancel Account
You can cancel via "My" -> "Settings" -> "Cancel Account". If unable to cancel through the above operation, contact customer service to submit a cancellation request. After cancellation, all account data will be irretrievable.
7.3 Complaints and Reports
You can click on customer service within the App. We will verify and handle your complaint or report within 15 working days.
Our products/services are fully intended for adults aged 18 and above; therefore, we do not collect personal information from minors. If you are a minor under 18, please do not use our products/services. If we inadvertently collect a minor's personal information, we will delete it within a reasonable time.
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy from time to time. We will post any changes to this policy on this page. For material changes, we will notify you through prominent means such as pop-ups, SMS, or in-app notifications. After this policy is revised, we will publish the latest version on the platform.
